It's just enough of a walk from the city center to make you want to take a drive over the river, but the stay was incredible! Breakfast felt more like a real buffet restaurant than a hotel breakfast, the room was clean and well stocked with toiletries if you forgot something, modern styling, and even being next to the elevators, the room was very quiet. The Shell station next door has snacks if you need something they don't sell in the hotel. I wish I had more time in the city, but I didn't have time to check the fitness and sauna, they sounded exceptional, as well.

I was pleasantly surprised to see both recommendations were considered, thank you! This time I have another recommendation: as there are multiple coffee stations available in the restaurant - how about using a plant based milk option in one of them? This gives guests that do not consume dairy more options. I have seen this work on the exact coffee station in use at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and they were able to accommodate early check-in for me at 11 am as well as a later check-out at 1 pm. Very much appreciated! The location was fit for purpose (we were there for an event at Lanxess Arena). Breakfast was decent, with good variety and I found it easy to get a table each morning. The mini shop in the lobby area was very handy to pick up snacks/drinks as there's not much else nearby.

We were welcoming with our dog, which was the most important for us due she is part of our family. The lobby is big and very nice to relax. Our room was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options and the staff was kind and respectful. We enjoyed our stay
